13/12/24 – The thriller series ‘Night in Paradise’ from Windlight Pictures and Satel Film can soon be seen in Germany. All six episodes will be available on MagentaTV on 8 January 2025.
The Series tells the story of a father and his daughter whose lives are turned upside down in one night. Jürgen Vogel plays the role of taxi driver Vincent, who is looking for a way out of the hell of late capitalism with his daughter Joni (Lea Drinda) in a big city at night.
Other leading roles are played by Birgit Minichmayr and Leonard Scheicher. The screenplay was written by Matthias Glasner and Hannah Schopf. Glasner also directed the majority of the episode alongside Bettina Oberli. The series was filmed in Berlin and Brussels in 2022.
‘Night in Paradise’ has been available to stream on Canal+ since 6 March 2024.
