A young wolf advocate is murdered. Who is behind it?
In “Der Garmisch-Krimi – Wolfsmord” former inspector Ira Zach (Lavinia Wilson) and her young successor Daphne Meindl (Philine Schmölzer) form an unlikely investigative duo in Garmisch — not least because one of them is no longer allowed to investigate and has recently started working at a DIY store instead. In the region, the return of the wolf is causing unrest, and numerous sheep killed by wolves have divided the local population into opponents and supporters of the predator. When the chairman of the Nature Conservation Association is murdered and Daphne reaches a dead end in her investigation, she turns to Ira for advice. Ira suspects that far greater interests lie behind the killing of the sheep.

“Der Garmisch-Krimi – Wolfsmord” is a production by Satel Film GmbH and Bavaria Fiction for ServusTV and ZDF, funded by Fisa+, Film in Austria (ABA), Austrian Television Fund (RTR), and Cine Tirol Film Commission.
