World premiere for ‘Hundertdreizehn’ at the series camp festival in Cologne

04/06/25 – The series ‘Hundertdreizehn’ celebrated its world premiere at the Series Camp Festival in Cologne on 3 June. The German-Austrian co-production opened the three-day event at Cinenova. The cast and crew were on site for the opening.

This year’s series camp festival opened in Cologne on 3 June with the premiere of ‘Hundertdreizehn’. The six-part drama series by director Rick Ostermann examines the aftermath of a tragic bus accident – with a high-calibre cast including Lia von Blarer, Robert Stadlober, Anna Schudt, Patricia Aulitzky, Armin Rohde and many more. The TV event was produced by the Satel Film team together with their Munich partners from Windlight Pictures for ORF and WDR. The title of the series was not chosen at random, as a study by the Federal Ministry of Transport shows that an average of 113 people are affected by the death of one person, from family members to police officers.

The series camp is Germany’s largest series festival and is being held in Cologne-Ehrenfeld for the third time. In addition, ‘Hundertdreizehn’ is in the fiction competition at the traditional Festival de Television de Monte Carlo, which takes place from 13 to 17 June.

‘Hundertdreizehn’ is a production of Windlight Pictures and Satel Film in co-production with ORF, the WDR and ARD Degeto Film for ARD. Executive producers are Moritz Polter, Dirk Eggers and Heinrich Ambrosch, co-executive producer Cosima Degler and producer Herwig Krawinkler. The editorial team is Elke Kimmlinger (WDR), Christoph Pellander (ARD Degeto Film) und Sabine Weber (ORF). Hundertdreizehn” is supported by FISA+, the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW, Medienboard Berlin Brandenburg, Nordmedia and the German Motion Picture Fund.
